IT Junior Technical Support – NYC Office

Since 1998 we have been empowering organizations to reach optimal performance results and address challenges by managing all aspects of organizational learning.

We are expanding our IT department with a newly created position of IT Junior Technical Support – NYC Office.



    • Provide first line support to students, trainers and staff
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to request received through email and phone calls.
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to issues or potential issues in classrooms and online meeting sessions
    • Assist Senior IT Staff on projects as needed including classroom setup.


    • Excellent people skills and excellent telephone manner.
    • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing work situations, processes and procedures
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours with occasional evening and weekend hours
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • At least 3 years relevant technical experience
    • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
    • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating Systems and Office Suites
    • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered



    • Associate’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
    • A+ Certified
    • Additional industry standard certifications are a plus.
